Territory v. Heacock

This case is here on appeal by William C. Heacock, the defendant in the court below. There he was presented by indictment onaeharge of embezzlement. The indictment reads as follows: “ Territory of New Mexico, County of Bernalillo, ss.: In the district court at the May term, A. D. 1886.
