MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This action is brought by plaintiff Kirk D. Naegler against defendants Nissan Motor Company, Ltd. (Nissan Japan), Nissan Motor Corporation in U.S.A. (Nissan America) and Teddy Rowe. Plaintiff is seeking damages for injuries he alleges he received as a result of a vehicular accident that occurred while he was a passenger in a 1988 four-door Stanza Nissan owned and driven by defendant Teddy Rowe.
