CHRISTIE, Chief Justice:

The appellant/defendant, Marilyn Rose, was convicted in the Court of Common Pleas on charges of driving a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and driving while her license was revoked. The Superior Court subsequently affirmed the convictions.

In this further appeal, the appellant contends that the Superior Court erred in affirming the rulings of the Court of Common Pleas because that court afforded her a limited remedy for the State’s failure to respond to informal discovery demands and thus, she claims, deprived her of constitutional rights.…
