This is a dispute over attorney fees and costs. The underlying case involved claims of breach of contract, breach of warranty and patent infringement filed by J.R. Simplot Company (Simplot) against Chemeties International, Inc. (Chemeties). The initial jury verdict was appealed to this Court and resulted in a remand to the district court. This second appeal relates only to attorney fees and costs.
