This matter is before us on the appeal of plaintiff, Donna J. Evans, f.n.a. Brown, from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, overruling plaintiff’s objections to the recommendation of the referee and finding that certain payments defendant made to his minor child constituted support payments; that plaintiff was not entitled to reimbursement for tuition expenses paid for her minor daughter; and that plaintiff was not entitled to attorney fees and expenses.

Plaintiff asserts the following four assignments of error in support of her appeal:
