Plaintiff Betty Sue Leaton and defendant Homer R. Leaton are, respectively, the mother and father of Gregory Lynn Lea-ton, an infant male child born of their lawful marriage. On July 24, 1965, the Circuit Court of Linn County granted plaintiff a decree of divorce from defendant, awarded her custody of the child and accorded defendant reasonable rights of visitation.
