The question for consideration is, whether the appeal was properly dismissed by the county court. The statute, — Rev. Stat., ch. 44, sec. 26, 27, — provides, that the county court shall have appellate jurisdiction of all matters originally within the jurisdiction of the probate court; and that the supreme court shall have jurisdiction of all questions of law, arising in the course of the proceedings of the county court, in probate matters, in the same manner as is provided by law in other cases.
