The matters before the court are the request filed on January 4, 1989, by the chapter 12 debtors to have their bankruptcy case dismissed and the “Notice of Default Under Chapter 12 Plan” filed on January 10, 1989, by the chapter 12 trustee. After proper notice, a telephonic hearing was held on March 9, 1989.
