(after stating the facts as above). This record reveals no difference of opinion as to the nature of plaintiff’s thought, its application to or embodiment in a useful mechanical contrivance, and his priority in time is no longer open to question.
It was well known that railway cars could be and had been heated by steam piped from the engine; prior to Gold there were two leading and contrasted systems in actual use.
