The findings of fact by the Court of Appeals disclose that the law enforcement officers had found a jug of whisky concealed in the cornfield near the residence in which the defendant, a young man, resided with his mother. Without question the circumstances pointed to one or both parties as the possessor or possessors of the prohibited liquor. The officer asked each of them if it was his or her liquor.
