The defendant Bilray Demolition Co., Inc. (Bilray) appeals from a Superior Court judgment 1 granting the motion of the plaintiff Berkshire Wilton Partners, LLC (Berkshire) to vacate an arbitration award. This case came before the Supreme Court on May 8, 2014 pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided.
