Appellants, Anglo-Dutch Petroleum International, Inc. and Anglo-Dutch (Tenge), LLC (collectively, “Anglo-Dutch”), challenge the trial court’s March 6, 2012 amended final judgment, entered after a bench trial, in favor of appellees, Prosperity Settlement Funding, Inc. (“Prosperity”), Robert M. Press (“Press”), and Anzar Settlement Funding Corp. (“Anzar”) (collectively, “the release investors”), in their suit against Anglo-Dutch for breach of contract and fraudulent inducement to sign releases.
