Leon Manderson challenges the denial of his claims under the Jones Act and general maritime law and of his costs; Chet Morrison Contractors, Inc. (CMC), challenges the amount Manderson was awarded for cure and his being awarded attorney’s fees, including the amount. Primarily at issue are: the district court’s application of the collateral-source rule in determining the amount of cure awarded Manderson; and the court’s finding CMC’s maintenance-and-cure denial was arbitrary and capricious, resulting in Manderson’s being awarded attorney’s fees. AFFIRMED…
