DeBRULER, Justice.

This is a direct appeal from two convictions of murder, IL.C. § 85-42-1-1. The case was tried before a jury. Appellant received consecutive fifty year sentences.

Appellant raises three issues on appeal: (1) whether trial court erred in not allowing appellant to present rebuttal evidence after it permitted co-defendant Spurlock to reopen his case; (2) whether trial court erred in warning co-defendant's witness, Eddie Lackland, that certain questions were potentially incriminating; (8) whether there was sufficient evidence to support his murder convictions.
