LEISURE, District Judge:

Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), defendant Mercantile House Holdings pic (“Mercantile”), a publicly held corporation existing under the laws of the United Kingdom, has moved to dismiss the amended complaint against it for lack of personal jurisdiction. By agreement among the parties, plaintiffs have had an extended opportunity to conduct discovery on the jurisdictional issues. Mercantile has provided documents and responded to interrogatories, but plaintiffs chose not to take any depositions. Plaintiffs have expressly stated that they did not require any further…
