GLADNEY, Judge.
Mrs. John Oliver Simon, plaintiff-appellant herein, brought this suit to be recognized as the surviving widow in community of her late husband who died intestate in Franklin Parish on August S, 1957, and further prays that certain real and personal property rights be held to be assets of the community existing between petitioner and her late husband created by their marriage on May 9, 1930.
