Appeal upon questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas, dismissing the action of plaintiff, at the close of the evidence.
The plaintiff brought an action against his landlord alleging a rental charge in excess of a maximum permitted by and under the provisions of an act of Congress, and praying for the recovery and penalties permitted thereunder.
