Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Feldstein, J.), entered May 12, 2008 in Franklin County, which partially granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to compel respondent to comply with an order directing that petitioner be enrolled in the Comprehensive Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment program.
