OPINION ON MOTION FOR REHEARING
SAM GRIFFITH, Justice.
We deny the motion for rehearing filed by Appellant Texas Wood Mill Cabinets, Inc. However, we withdraw our opinion and judgment dated April 23, 2003 and substitute this opinion and its associated judgment in their place.
Appellant Texas Wood Mill Cabinets, Inc. (“TWM”) appeals a take-nothing judgment in a suit to foreclose its mechanic’s and materialman’s lien against property owned by Appellees Leo and Holly Butter (“Leo” and “Holly” or “the Butters”).
