CONERY, Judge.
11 Following a jury trial, the plaintiff, John Kennedy, was awarded $2,987,000 in damages, and the trial court signed a judgment awarding that amount plus legal interest and costs. Defendants, BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. and Christopher. Davis (BellSouth) now appeal the trial court’s judgment. In his answer to appeal, Mr. Kennedy seeks additional damages for past'physical pain and suffering, past mental sufféring, and past loss of enjoyment of life.
