This suit was instituted by defendant in error, R. Watson, against plaintiff in error, P. W. Reed, in the justice court on January SO, 1022. The parties will be designated as in the trial court. Plaintiff sued on note executed to him by defendant, alleging that the same was dated June 10, 1916, and due by renewal on the 1st day of January, 1922, for the sum of $109, with interest at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum from date, and. also on open account for $17.20.
