Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Bruhn, J.), rendered March 21, 1996, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree (three counts), burglary in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree (two counts) and hindering prosecution in the first degree.
