Plaintiffs, First State Orthopaedics (“First State”) and Roy Lerman, M.D., brought this action for breach of contract and other contractual claims, individually and on behalf of all other similarly-situated providers of medical services. Plaintiffs and defendants, Concentra, Inc., Concen-tra Managed Care, Inc. and Focus Healthcare Management Inc., and their parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively “Concentra”), have entered into a stipulation to settle this action.
