FOSTER, Circuit Judge.

Appellant was charged with manufacturing home-brew beer, with possessing intoxicating liquors fit for beverage purposes, with possessing property designed for the manufacture of intoxicating liquor, with the sale of one pint of whisky on March 21, 1931, at No. 541 Iberville street, Baton Rouge, and with conducting a nuisance at the same place, in respective counts of an indictment.
