Defendant Paul J. Manafort, Jr. has moved to suppress the evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant executed at his Alexandria, Virginia residence on July 26, 2017. Def.'s Mot. to Suppress [Dkt. # 264] ("Def.'s Mot.") at 1-2. He argues that the warrant was unconstitutionally overbroad. Id. at 1-4.
