LATCHUM, Chief Judge.

The claimant, Bertha M. San-born, has been denied a period of disability and disability insurance benefits 1 claimed under Sections 216(i) and 223 of the Social Security Act (“Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i) and 423, by a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (“Secretary”). The claimant resides in Delaware 2 and has timely brought this suit 3 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to secure judicial review of that final decision.
