U.S. Innovation Group, Inc., Scott Beh-rens, Jack Dombroski, Mike Evans, and John Emmert (collectively “the USIG defendants”) have petitioned this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Madison Circuit Court (“the circuit court”) to dismiss the claims filed against them in separate actions by Judy A. Hawke and Carolyn Grimes.
