Appeals from decisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed October 24, 1974 and August 6, 1975, which awarded death benefits to claimant. Claimant’s deceased husband, an automobile salesman, was fatally injured as a result of an automobile accident with another vehicle that occurred while he was driving home at about 10:55 p.m. on April 24, 1971. The board concluded that the accident and death arose out of and in the course of employment, and that accidental death did not result solely from intoxication.
