A court of equity will not enjoin the State Board of Medical Examiners from hearing a proceeding brought under section 14 of the act of August 20, 1918 (Acts 1018, p. 173), for the revocation of the license of a physician upon charges that he had been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude and had caused the publication and circulation of an advertisement relative to diseases of the sexual organs, *603the grounds on which such injunction was sought being, (a) that said section of said act was unconstitutional and void for certain designated reasons; (b) that the provision making…
