DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.

Appellant was convicted as an accomplice to the murder of Hub Anderson.

Where a party is charged as an accomplice under the statute with the commission of a felony, the case assumes by virtue of such a charge -.the nature, to some extent at least, of a conspiracy. There must be an antecedent agreement between the principal and the accomplice to the effect that a crime be committed by the principal, and this crime must be the subject of such agreement between the parties.
