Arkansas Power and Light Company, appellant herein, condemned a right-of-way 462.9 feet in length, and 40 feet in width running parallel to and near the South boundary line of a 40 acre tract owned by E. L. Lantrip, appellee herein. This right-of-way is situated in the Southwest comer of the tract, and, beginning at a point about 25 feet north of that corner, runs easterly 462.9 feet.
