Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Melkonian, J.), entered October 21, 2015 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to, among other things, review a determination of respondent Morrisville State College denying petitioner’s request to withdraw his employment resignation.
