Appellant brings this appeal by right from an order of the Ottawa County Probate Court dismissing her petition for a hearing on her request to revoke a previously executed release of her rights over her minor child.
Michael Brent Hole was born to the appellant, Nikki Hole, on August 8, 1977. In September of 1978, a complaint was filed alleging the child to be neglected. A petition alleging neglect was subsequently filed and a hearing on the petition was held on November 9, 1978. At the close of the hearing, the court found evidence sufficient to assume jurisdiction.
