This is a suit by a guest against the owner of an automobile and his insurance carrier, in solido, under Act No. 55 of 1930, for damages for alleged personal injuries sustained and medical expenses incurred, as a result of the defendant's car overturning on the public highway while en route from New Orleans, La., to Bay St. Louis, Miss., on July 27, 1932, at 2 p. m. o'clock.
