Appellant sued appellee for personal injuries. The complaint is in one paragraph. The errors assigned are, (1) in overruling appellant’s motion to strike from appellee’s demurrer to the complaint, the memorandum stating wherein the complaint is insufficient, and (2) in sustaining his demurrer to the complaint, the material parts of which are as follows: That plaintiff is now, and has been for more than thirty years past, a resident of Bristol, county of Elkhart and State of Indiana, the same being about ten miles distant from the city of Elkhart.
