This litigation stems from a traffic mishap on Grand Avenue in the City of Hot Springs. E. C. Combs was plaintiff below and is appellee here. Donald Wood and Ben M. Hogan & Co. were defendants below and are appellants here. Mr. Combs drove his car into the rear of a tractor-trailer unit owned by Ben M. Hogan & Co. and operated by Donald Wood. For his personal injuries and damages to his car Mr. Combs filed this action against Donald Wood and Ben M. Hogan & Co., both of whom denied liability.
