This was an action for damages and cancellation of a note. It was based upon a contract between the plaintiff and one of the defendants, Flora Stidham. At the time the contract was made she was the vice president and a director of the Farmers State Bank of Esbon. The bank failed and William Docking was placed in charge as receiver on June 1, 1926. Action was brought by the plaintiff against the receiver and'all of the directors and officers of said bank, including the defendant, Flora Stidham. At various stages of the trial the action was…
