Douglas, judge of the Sixty-Third judicial district, her petition, under oath, praying that upon final hearing an order of the commissioners’ court of Kinney county, establishing a road across a section of land owned by her, be vacated and annulled, and that a temporary injunction issue restraining Jos. Veltmann, county judge of Kinney county, Hans Petersen, Albert Sehwandner, L. N. Lewis, and A. M. Slater, the other members of the commissioners’ court of said county, and T. F.
