PUTNAM, Circuit Judge.

This appeal grew out of a bill in equity, filed by the Calculagraph Company against Wilson, the present appellant, alleging infringement of certain letters patent. On September 26, 1904, the Circuit Court entered in the original case a final decree in favor of the complainant, awarding an injunction and costs. From this decree an appeal was taken to us, with reference to which the citation was signed on November 10, 1904. On February 21, 1906, we entered a judgment as follows:
