— Respondent, a corporation organized for religions purposes, brought this action to enjoin the collection of taxes levied upon real estate owned by it in the city of Seattle, King county. A trial on the merits resulted in findings of fact favorable to the plaintiff, and a decree adjudging the taxes to be illegal, null and void, and enjoining the defendants, as public officers, from collecting, or attempting to collect, the same.
