I. Introduction

Defendant Jason Langill, a 32-year-old male, has pled guilty to a variety of offenses arising out of sexual conduct he engaged in with a 14-year-old female. The defendant has pled guilty to eight indictments including rape of a child in violation of G.L.c. 265, §22A and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child in violation of G.L.c. 119, §63.
