By a bill in equity filed in the circuit court of Sangamon county the complainants sought an injunction to restrain the defendants, Leo H. Lowe, director of the Department of Trade and Commerce, and George Huskinson, superintendent of insurance in said department, from revoking the license of C. W. Colgrove to act as an insurance agent within this State or from otherwise interfering with a method used in the sale of life insurance policies known as the C. W.
