Thismatteris presently before the court upon objections by Henry W. Weidaw, son of decedent, Pauline S. Weidaw, to the first and final account and proposed distribution filed by the administrator of the Pauline S. Weidaw estate. Additional objections were filed by Edward and John Weidaw and Jane Weidaw Shields, other children of decedent; however, those objections were withdrawn after the hearing held April 19, 1973, and they are not at issue here.
