This suit was brought by three complainants, two of them minors, to set up a one-sixth interest in a tract of land near Nashville comprising 160' acres claimed in fee by the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company and on which are located certain terminal yards of that Com pany, known as the Radnor Yards, which have been laid out and equipped at a cost of upwards of $1,500,000. The complainants sought to have their rights established and to have a partition of the land or a sale of the land for partition and division of the proceeds.
