Affirming.

The above styled five actions were brought in tbe Nelson circuit court against Felix Burba, here tbe appellee, for tbe recovery of damages by tbe several ad ministrators of the five young men who were killed in an automobile accident, which they alleged was brought about by the negligence of the defendant.
