The plaintiff moves for an order permitting it to serve a Supplemental Complaint and requiring the defendants to plead thereto. Heretofore the plaintiff herein brought suit against one John W. *218Johnson, doing business under the name and style of Johnson Products Company, for alleged infringement of its trade-mark for powdered wax, prepared wax, wood dye, paste wood filler, varnish remover and floor cleaner.
