PUDLOWSKI, Judge.
Condominium purchasers and title insurance carrier cross appeal following a jury verdict awarding damages to purchasers based on their breach of contract and negligence claims. We affirm the judgment with respect to the award of the breach of contract claims and the award of damages to Plaintiff Kock. We reverse and remand for a determination of breach of contract damages with regard to Plaintiffs Dimberger and Gallagher.
