*6MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JUSTICE, District Judge.

William Leroy Wright was convicted of murder with malice in 1957, after trial before a jury in the Sixteenth Judicial District Court of Denton County, Texas. He was sentenced by the jury to a term of ninety-nine years. After exhaustion of his state remedies, Wright petitioned this court for the writ of habeas corpus, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
