At our direction, the District IX Ethics Committee conducted an investigation of the propriety of defendant’s conduct in the purchase of real property at a Sheriff’s sale in Monmouth County and in related litigation. After conducting an investiga*9tion and a hearing, the Committee issued a presentment charging respondent with violations of DR 7-102(A)(1) (filing a suit that serves to harass or maliciously injure another) and DR 7-102(A)(5) (knowingly making a false statement of law or fact).
