This is an administrative appeal from a final decision of the named defendant, the freedom of information commission (commission), brought pursuant to General Statutes §§ 1-206 (d) and 4-183 (b), by the plaintiff, Pamela Davis, tax assessor of the city of Bridgeport (tax assessor).
